It may take some fiddling to get everything exactly where you want, and you may end up wanting to tweak the clickable width and height a bit as well. TL DR: Make sure that Nameplate Motion Type is set to "Stacking Nameplates" and then work with your nameplateOverlapV CVar. You'd have to imagine that the enemy is casting - I didn't bother to get a good screenshot of that, but just keep in mind that the height/overlap is about the same whether casting or not.
